Sheridan I and II Development
Sheridan Place I & II is an occupied DHC senior housing development consisting of 409 public housing units across two high-rise buildings. The proposed project will preserve all existing units through substantial rehabilitation of both buildings, including full replacement of major building systems and fully renovated units with new kitchens, bathrooms, and interior finishes.
